On July 12, 2023, a 5-year cooperation agreement was signed between the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute and Turku University of Finland. This agreement encompasses the development of new educational methods in pedagogy and the enhancement of teachers' qualifications. The collaboration with Turku University aims to apply Finland's advanced experience in Uzbekistan's educational processes. Specifically, it is planned to use modern technologies and methods in the training of pedagogical personnel. The agreement includes organizing international lectures, seminars, and masterclasses for the institute's students. Additionally, bilateral scientific research, joint publication of scientific articles, and participation in conferences are planned to further strengthen academic relations. This collaboration also involves creating new methodological manuals for improving teacher qualifications, enhancing pedagogical research, and refining educational processes. The scope of the partnership includes conducting pilot programs to test pedagogical technologies and teaching methodologies and implementing innovative educational methods.
