The "Appeal to Tutor" information system has been fully launched at Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute!
In order to ensure the implementation of Clause 13.3, Appendix 2 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 656 dated October 17, 2025, a new information system — 📱 @SamDPI_tyutormurojaat_bot — has been established to provide prompt and effective consideration of student appeals.
➡️ Through this bot, students and their parents can: 🏦 Send appeals quickly; 🏦 Communicate directly with responsible officials; 🏦 Submit suggestions and report issues online.
📲 The bot's activity serves to increase the efficiency of the tutoring system at the institute and expand the platform for open dialogue with students.
