Duties

  • Analyzing Suggestions: Analyze proposals for opening new educational directions or specialties based on the development prospects of the country's economy and social sectors, and submit them to relevant departments of the ministry.
  • Forming Order Portfolios: Formulate a current and prospective "order portfolio" for state grants and contract-based education, considering employer (organizations and institutions) demand for existing educational fields or specialties.
  • Employment Distribution: Establish a commission for graduate employment distribution, draft preliminary and final employment plans for graduates based on actual employer demands, and compile individual employment records for graduates.
  • Admission Plans: Create a database on the implementation of the new academic year’s admission plan, including state grants, paid-contract admissions, applications received, competition ratios, and student distribution by courses, fields of study, and languages of instruction.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with university units to enhance student professionalism and graduate employment, assess measures taken by relevant units, and coordinate their marketing policies.
  • Contract Formalization: Formalize contracts with enterprises, institutions, organizations, and individuals for specialist training.
  • International Marketing: Conduct international marketing work and participate in preparing projects with local and foreign funds and programs.
  • Compliance: Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of state requirements for graduates who studied under state grants to work for at least three years in assigned places of employment.
  • Labor Market Study: Analyze labor market trends and establish national databases on student and graduate employment.
  • Employment Assistance: Assist in ensuring timely employment of young specialists in national economic sectors and provide information on future job opportunities.
  • Internship Oversight: Ensure that students have necessary internship documents and conduct safety training sessions as required. Monitor the quality and organization of practical, industrial, and pedagogical internships.
  • Reports and Evaluations: Analyze and consolidate internship reports from deans, department heads, and internship coordinators at the end of the academic year.
