Responsibilities of the head of the department:
  • Conscientious performance of one's official duties;
  • Compliance with labor discipline, timely and high-quality execution of orders and instructions of the employer in accordance with the law;

  • Approval of the department’s work plan, personal work plans of professors and employees, as well as other documents within the framework of the department’s activities;
  • Distribution of the teaching load among the teaching staff of the department and control over its timely and high-quality implementation;
  • Ensure the recruitment of teaching staff to the department on a competitive basis, motivate them financially and morally, and also make, in the prescribed manner, proposals to the management of the higher educational institution on the application of disciplinary measures;
  • Require the relevant services of the higher education institution to provide the necessary conditions for conducting the educational and research process at the level of demand;
  • Preparation of the department’s report on activities for the academic year in the prescribed manner and terms, reporting at meetings of the Academic Council;
  • Conduct research work in accordance with the approved plan, ensure the integration of completed research work with education, science and production;
  • Review of the educational, scientific-methodological, scientific-research, spiritual-educational and organizational-methodological work of the department’s teachers in their personal work plans, study of the activities of experienced teachers, summing up, proactive organization of events aimed at popularizing their experience. ;
  • Introduction of modern pedagogical and information and communication technologies, assistance to young teachers who have begun teaching activities in acquiring teaching qualifications and skills, creation of an information base, use of modern educational and technical means in classes, individual establishment of the effective use of methods. teaching and independent learning, make proposals for organizing training in special classrooms equipped with modern computer technology, and develop elements of distance learning;
  • Training of scientific and pedagogical personnel, discussion of candidate and doctoral dissertations at scientific seminars in the specialty of the department or related specialties, participation in expert groups to determine the compliance of educational documents with standard requirements;
  • Establishing contacts with manufacturing enterprises and other enterprises with the aim of sending graduates to work, formulating topics for final qualifying works, master's theses, attracting extra-budgetary funds, as well as providing scientific and technical support;
  • Organization of regular contacts with the university and trainee researchers of this department, monitoring of graduates;
  • Carrying out activities aimed at improving the qualifications of specialists in the specialty of the department, developing a system for providing educational services;
  • Taking into account the interests of students, organizing clubs on various topics, areas and specializations, types of professions, holding events aimed at engaging students’ free time in productive and useful work in small enterprises;
  • Ensuring complete and high-quality laboratory work in the disciplines taught at the department, as well as widespread involvement of sponsors to provide the department’s laboratories with modern equipment, instruments and equipment;
  • Constant control over the constant replenishment and updating of the university information resource center with new educational, scientific, technical and periodical literature related to educational areas and specialties of the department;
  • Conducting the specified types of training in the subjects of curricula, prepared in accordance with state educational standards of higher education, at a high theoretical, scientific, methodological and professional level, ensuring the quality of education;
  • Management of professional practice of students, course projects (works), diploma qualification theses, master's theses, as well as independent work and research work;
  • Carrying out rating control of students' knowledge, organizing student activities outside the classroom;
  • Training of highly qualified competitive personnel who meet high moral and ethical requirements at the level of developed democratic countries;
  • Development of educational programs in the subjects of the department and their submission for approval in the prescribed manner, as well as preparation of reviews and opinions on educational programs prepared by related departments;
  • Preparation of textbooks, educational, methodological and demonstration aids, republished textbooks, teaching aids and educational literature, including literature summaries created in collaboration with foreign scientists;
  • Regularly conduct and improve a comparative analysis of DTS, curricula and programs with educational programs of developed foreign countries in the areas and specialties of the department;
  • Selection of talented students and their training, preparing them for participation in olympiads and competitions, including the Talent Foundation and state grant competitions, taking measures to improve the forms and styles of students’ independent work;
  • To organize the scientific and creative activities of students on a systematic basis, identify talented students and attract them to scientific research, train them to carry out research work individually and in teams, implement their scientific and creative activities, organizational, methodological and creation of material and technical conditions are necessary;
  • Implementation of other duties and rights established by labor legislation;
  • The head of the department conducts events with the participation of embassies, foreign organizations and representatives of foreign states through higher organizations in the manner established by higher organizations, by decision of the Council on International Relations or, as an exception, based on the order of the rector.

He was born on May 12, 1988 in Kushrabot district of Samarkand region.
Bachelor degree of Samarkand State University in 2014;
In 2016, he graduated master's degree at the National University of Uzbekistan.
