Department of Uzbek language and literature
The Uzbek language department of Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute was established on August 4, 2022. Today, 4 professors, 5 associate professors, 2 doctors of philosophy (PhD) are working in the department. Currently, the department has established cooperation relations with Finland's Turku University, Turkey's Istanbul University and Mugla Sitki Kochman University, Russia's Kazan Federal University, Kazakhstan's Akhmed Yassavi International University.
Until today, the teachers of the department have created more than 30 textbooks, educational manuals, text of lectures, educational-methodical manuals, collections and instructions on specialized subjects. At the same time, more than 20 monographs, about 50 popular scientific articles, more than 10 scientific collections, about 300 scientific articles and more than 80 popular scientific articles were published.
The "Yogdu" club was established in order to increase the scientific potential of the department and introduce foreign experience into the educational system. There are more than 60 members of this club, and the main goal of the club is to support the scientific research of talented students, start-up projects, direct students to scientific research and prepare them for the Olympiads.
