70111301 — Theory and Methodology of Education and Upbringing (Technological Education) The preparation of master’s students in this specialty is carried out in full-time education based on the national qualification framework, professional standards, and the requirements and needs of employers. Teaching in the master’s program is organized on the basis of a credit-module system. The normative duration of the master’s program is 2 years. The volume of the master’s curriculum (full-time education), regardless of the educational technologies used, is 120 credits.
The volume of the master’s educational program for one academic year is 60 credits.
According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 24, 2024 No. PF-81, for studying in the master’s program in the specialty 70111301 — Theory and Methodology of Education and Upbringing (Technological Education), a national or international certificate of at least B1 level is required.
The specialty 70111301 — Theory and Methodology of Education and Upbringing (Technological Education) includes a complex set of issues related to:
• pedagogical activity as a Technology teacher in general secondary education in accordance with the professional standard of a general secondary school teacher;
• pedagogical activity in secondary special and vocational education as a teacher of specialized subjects;
• pedagogical activity in higher education as a lecturer of a department preparing specialists in the field of Technology;
• pedagogical activity in retraining and advanced training institutions as a teacher of Technology teaching methodology;
• scientific and pedagogical activity at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, sectoral research institutes, and as an independent researcher;
• managing an educational institution in accordance with the professional standard of a general secondary school director.
