70510105 — Methodology of Teaching Exact and Natural Sciences (Biology) The preparation of master’s students in this specialty is carried out in full-time education based on the national qualification framework, professional standards, and the requirements and needs of employers.
Teaching in the master’s program is organized on the basis of a credit-module system.
The normative duration of the master’s program is 2 years. The volume of the master’s curriculum (full-time education), regardless of the educational technologies used, is 120 credits.
According to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 19, 2021 No. 5117, admission to the master’s program in the specialty 70510105 — Methodology of Teaching Exact and Natural Sciences (Biology) requires a national or international certificate of at least B2 level.
carrying out pedagogical activities as a Biology teacher in general secondary education institutions in accordance with the professional standard of a general secondary school teacher;
carrying out pedagogical activities as a Biology teacher in secondary special and vocational education institutions;
carrying out pedagogical activities as a Biology lecturer in higher education institutions;
carrying out pedagogical activities as a Biology teacher in retraining and professional development institutions;
conducting scientific and pedagogical research at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, sectoral research institutes, as well as as an independent researcher;
managing an educational institution in accordance with the professional standard of a general secondary school principal.
