• Organization of spiritual and educational work and provision of assistance in training of qualified personnel;
• Organizing the implementation of orders and instructions of ministries and higher organizations, decisions of the Scientific Council of the institute, and orders of the institute on spiritual and educational and youth education;
• Organization of spiritual and educational work based on state educational standards and provision of training of qualified personnel;
• Ensuring that all deans and departments, heads of departments and pedagogues are fully aware of the set of requirements for the content of knowledge and the level of training in accordance with state educational standards;
• Organizing the implementation of the orders, decrees and instructions of the higher organisations, the decisions of the Scientific Council of the institute and the rector's orders on issues related to spiritual-educational processes;
• To study the development trends of the educational system of advanced countries, to develop tools for the implementation of the tasks specified by the Law "On Education", "National Program of Personnel Training" and other laws related to education and ensuring their implementation;
• Preparation of proposals and organization of work in the field of activity;
• Coordinating, organizing and controlling the work of departments and deaneries that provide the spiritual-educational process;
• Approving work plans of departments, faculties and chairs and monitoring their implementation;
• Controlling and ensuring the implementation of clause 5 of the personal plan of professors and teachers;
• Organization of conferences, meetings, roundtable discussions and conferences in the spiritual and educational sphere,
• To manage and support the process of searching for, selecting and working with gifted young people, preparing prestigious scholarship winners of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Navoi, Beruniy, Ulugbek, Zulfiya and others from among students and interns-researchers ;
• Development of proposals for the staffing of professors and teachers and teaching assistants, organization of providing departments and chairs with qualified personnel;
• To take action against employees who have violated performance discipline, to prepare proposals for the termination of the contract with them;
• Conducting, analyzing and drawing conclusions on the annual activity reports of chairs, faculties and departments, evaluating the spiritual and educational activities of professors and teachers in modern ways;
• To implement permanent cooperation with institutions in the spiritual and educational direction, to ensure the active participation of professors and teachers in conferences, seminars, to work in cooperation with local authorities;
• Active participation in regular internal attestation of the institute, preparation and transfer for external attestation .
• In the institute, helping youth in taking their place in society, increasing their political and legal knowledge, fight against corruption, drug addiction, AIDS, terrorism, extremism, and preventing alcoholism and other negative diseases.
