  • Organization of the department's activities on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other applicable regulatory legal acts concerning education, orders and orders of the head of the inspectorate and the rector of the university;
  • Development of current and future work plans of the department;
  • Analysis and examination of the provision of educational directions and specialties of the State, qualification requirements, curricula and subject programs;
  • Studying the quality of the educational process at the university, the level of its provision with educational literature and teaching materials;
  • Study, analysis of compliance of university students' knowledge with state educational standards;
  • Enforcement of regulatory legal acts aimed at improving the quality of education;
  • Monitoring the quality of staff training;
  • Organization of internal certification of the university, identification of factors that negatively affect the quality of education, presentation of information to the rector of the university, as well as inspections based on its results;
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of the use of modern methods and techniques in the process of professional development of the teaching staff in order to improve the quality of education;
  • Monitoring the status of indicators that determine the quality of education, and making proposals to the relevant structural structures on the identified problems and shortcomings;
  • Conducting internal monitoring, preparing analytical information, making proposals to the university management to eliminate the identified shortcomings and problems in order to determine the state of professional qualifications of teaching staff in the structural structures of the university (faculty, department, department, center, Academic Lyceum), as well as the quality level of postgraduate education and advanced training and retraining;
  • To analyze the correspondence of the basic data of the teaching staff of the university to the relevant subject taught or to find out whether they have passed the appropriate retraining or have an academic title, degree in the relevant specialty, and report the findings to the rector of the institute;
  • Analysis of the state of the material and technical base of the educational process, making proposals for its development and improvement;
  • Control over the organization and effectiveness of students' practice in universities, taking into account educational directions and specialties;
  • When collecting data concerning the determination and evaluation of the rating of universities on the instructions of the inspection, certification and training;
  • participation in processes related to the study of quality;
  • Establishing control over the timely elimination of deficiencies and deficiencies identified in the university in the processes related to certification, the study of the quality of education;
  • Improving the professional skills of the department's employees, studying the experience of prestigious educational and scientific centers of foreign countries developing at the expense of the Talent Foundation The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or international projects and universities, and their implementation in the educational process;
  • Development together with the university management of measures aimed at raising the university's rating to the international level and active participation in ensuring its implementation;
  • Conducting training seminars and trainings aimed at improving the quality of education, together with the relevant structures of the university;
  • Monitoring of issues of integration interaction of the educational process with production, practical application of innovative ideas, developments and technologies;
  • Providing information on the results of training and monitoring conducted by the Department for improving the quality of Education at the university council, round tables and conferences;
  • Making proposals and recommendations in accordance with the established procedure to the inspection and the management of the university on encouraging or taking disciplinary measures based on the results of the performance of the official duties of the department's employees;
  • Performing other tasks assigned to the department in the field of quality control of education.

     Qualification requirements:

  • Have a higher education, an academic degree or a certain experience (in terms of theoretical, organizational and managerial abilities) in the field of education;
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations, basic regulatory legal acts related to the field of education, and the ability to apply them in practice;
  • To know the pedagogical and educational process in educational institutions, to know the components of the assessment of the quality of education;
  • Knowledge of the specifics of the activities of the structural units of the university;
  • Knowledge of the application of modern pedagogical methods and the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process;
  • Full understanding of the content of the educational, research and spiritual-educational orientation, preparation of educational literature of a new generation.
  • Knowledge of the procedures for advanced training and retraining of university teaching staff;
  • He speaks Uzbek, Russian and one of the foreign languages perfectly
  • (when forming a staff unit, it is advisable to take into account the professional development of an employee abroad);
  • Knowledge of the appropriate level of use of modern information and communication technologies in the workplace.
