Duties

Organization of implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees and Orders of the President, the Oliy Majlis, the Cabinet of Ministers and the decisions of the Ministry of Health and Higher and Secondary Special Education in the field of education, health and personnel training;
To ensure the training of highly educated and qualified personnel with high moral and ethical qualities, who are capable of independent thinking, who have mastered the methods of organizing work in the conditions of the market economy, based on the state educational standards;
Determining the powers of all departments in the structural structure of the institute, planning, coordinating, managing their activities, training suitable personnel for management positions of the institute, selecting employees, recommending and hiring for leadership positions;
Material and moral stimulation of employees and students, ensuring their social protection, applying disciplinary sanctions;
Control over the formation of the institute's income and their effective use;
Organization of scientific and research works, increasing their efficiency and wide application of research results in practice, ensuring mutual integration of higher education, science and production;
Organization of the creation, translation and publication of textbooks and educational-methodical literature in accordance with the requirements of the concession for the creation of new generation educational literature for the continuing education system;
Organization of advanced forms of teaching, including distance learning, introduction of new pedagogical and information and communication technologies and their effective use in the educational process;
Leading spiritual and educational activities, forming a national idea in the minds of employees and students;
Admission to the institute for studentship, master's degree, clinical residency, training and retraining cadetship, senior researcher and independent researchers, application of disciplinary measures, expulsion and reinstatement;
To ensure professional development of professors and teachers;
To ensure the continuous quality control of the activities of faculties and departments, the educational process, lectures, practical and laboratory training, educational and production practices, and other types of training;
organization of events aimed at determining the prospects of the development of the areas and specializations in which specialists are trained at the institute (holding scientific-practical conferences, participating in international conferences, creating conditions for the use of information space, bringing literature and informational materials related to the development of science and technology, technologies), on the basis of this, to ensure the improvement of state educational standards, educational programs, educational literature, to guide scientific research;
Developing the marketing service, studying the demand and need for educational areas and specialties, analyzing the actual employment of graduates, and establishing cooperation agreements for targeted training of specialists;
Development and implementation of measures to strengthen and develop the material and technical base of the Institute;
Leadership of the Council, trusteeship and specialized councils of the higher education institution;
Approving the Charter of the higher education institution and improving the structural structure of the institution, establishing, changing and terminating its structural divisions;
Development of scientific and creative relations with foreign partners, ensuring the attraction of investments and grants, implementation of joint venture (department, scientific center, scientific research, projects, etc.) activities;
To carry out cooperation activities with public organizations, board of trustees and other such non-governmental organizations;
Ensuring the performance of other tasks determined by the competent bodies for the management of the educational process.
Issuing mandatory orders, orders and tasks for all employees, students and other learners of the institute;
Determining specific duties and responsibilities of vice-rectors;
Recruiting professors, teachers, employees and scientific pedagogues, granting work holidays, sending them on business trips, and dismissing them in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation;
Approving the Institute's Internal Procedure Rules, Code of Conduct, Regulation "On Dress Culture", Regulation "Student Residence" and other internal regulatory documents;
Organization of training of employees, education of students, improvement of quality of training and productivity of training, as well as legal documents and other legal documents, employment contract, contract for specialist training on a fee-contract basis. create the conditions contained in;
