about the history of the department

This department was established on August 24, 2018 by the decision of the Academic Council of the Samarkand State University 13 and by the order of the rector of the university No. 584. The head of the department is an associate professor Eshim Murodovich Mardanov, appointed to this position by the decision of the Academic Council of Samarkand State University.
   Scientific potential is 57.1%. The department has 2 Candidates of Sciences and 2 assistants. The main incentive of the department is the establishment of scientific and practical cooperation with the Samarkand Regional Department of Preschool Education:
On December 28, 2018, a scientific and practical conference on the topic "Strategic priorities for the development of preschool education - popularity and quality" was held in Samarkand city PEI N27.
  On January 8, 2019 there was a presentation of ''Prepared educational and methodological manuals for the formation of research skills in preschool children through experiments'' for employees of the regional department of preschool education, methodologists of district (city) departments of preschool education and heads of preschool educational institutions at Samarkand State University.
   On February 4, 2019, a practical and methodological seminar was held with the methodologists of the Faculty of Preschool Education and the Samarkand City Department of Preschool Education, as well as with the heads of the PEI.
On March 2, a practical seminar on the topic "Issues of establishing consistent cooperation with preschool educational institutions in improving the quality and effectiveness of education of the faculty of preschool education" was held at the hall of the Faculty of Preschool Education of Samarkand State University. In order to increase the scientific, practical, educational and methodological potential of the department in the future, the performance of this noble work will meet the needs of scientific and methodological personnels in the field of "Preschool Education" and serves to conduct a fair and transparent admission process to the master's degree for the first time in this direction at SamSU.

  In January 2019, Umid Khursandov, Maftuna Bakhtiyorova and Jasur Kadirov were hired due to the fact that Zukhra Ermamatova and Gulkhayo Ibraimova (PhD), who worked in two main states, entered the basic doctoral program in January 2019. The Department of "Theory and methodology of preschool education" ensures the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 27, 2020 No. PP-4623 "On measures for the further development of the sphere of pedagogical education", as well as an effective training system for highly qualified specialists with the skills to train competitive personnels for the field of pedagogical education, improving the quality of education, the introduction of advanced Finnish educational technologies in the field, the use of modern knowledge and pedagogical technologies. Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute of Samarkand State University was founded on June 2, 2021 in Samarkand between Samarkand State University and the University of Turku (Finland)

There are 2 departments at the faculty of Preschool Education,of which the working hours of  the department of "Theory and Methods of Preschool Education" in the 2021-2022 academic year as of September is a total of 5,625 hours, of which the volume of academic hours is 4,437  in bachelor's degree, 1,188 hours in master's degree, 5,625 hours at the department, of which 5,625 hours are distributed among professors and teachers. There is no vacancy.
                                                                                                                                                                                                 SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
  Members of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Preschool Education are engaged in public affairs at the faculty and university levels: Abdualimov Rufat Uchkinovich is responsible for sports at the faculty. The following professor teachers of the department: U.I. Achilov, R.U. Abdualimov and H.B.Tojiyeva are teachers of 101-102-103 groups.
R.U. Abdualimov and Yu.K.Sodikov are responsible for accepting documents on enrollment of first courses. All members of the department took part in various spiritual and educational events in order to instill in students the decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the resolutions of our government, the content and essence of state policy. An additional action plan for the implementation of the state youth policy has been developed. The department took part in explanatory work with students, following the instructions of higher organizations for the spiritual and pedagogical education of young people, as well as in lectures and practical classes. Some work has been done in order to implement the National Training Program of Personnels. The plan in this regard has been implemented. The work done in the direction of the national program was discussed at the meetings of the department, and the implementation of plans for the future is constantly monitored. The department carries out a number of measures to strengthen labor and academic discipline. In particular, a duty schedule has been established, the control of the head of the department has been established, the control of attendance and the implementation of the academic load has been strengthened. Some shortcomings were eliminated in a timely manner and are regularly discussed at meetings of the department. On the fourth initiative of President Sh.Mirziyoyev "Raising the spirituality of youth, meaningful organization of their leisure", a number of events was held in the students dormitory. Teachers of groups 101-102-103 organized an event dedicated to the teacher's day.The events were organized in groups under the leadership of O.I. Achilov. Round tables were held monthly on the occasion of the department's day in the students dormitory. Protocols of all events are compiled in the department's fund. Department of Theory and Methodology of Preschool Education with 10 preschool educational organizations of Samarkand (127, 64, 122, 79, 72, 27, 76, 98, 80, 104, "Temur fayz school" PEI) on conducting internshipswith 1st year students;cooperation agreements are signed with the Department of Preschool Education of the Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute. According to the terms of the contract, students of the faculty will practice in these preschool institutions in the 2021-2022 academic year.
