General information


According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to organize the activities of the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute of Samarkand State University" dated June 30, 2022, № 408, Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute of Samarkand State University. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to improve the quality of pedagogical education and further development of the activities of higher educational institutions engaged in the training of pedagogical personnel" dated June 21, 2022, PP-289, the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute was established on the basis of the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute of Samarkand State University. In Uzbekistan, on August 29, 1997, the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On education" and "National Training Program" were adopted in order to bring the field of education to the level of world standards. According to these regulatory documents, since 1999, the second stage of the master's degree has been opened in a number of leading higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the preparation of masters has begun. 11 departments of the Institute in the 2021/2022 academic year:

  9. Department of Music Education
  10. Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Preschool Education
  11. Department of Theory and Methodology of preschool education
 
On the basis of the bachelor's degree, 14 master's specialties were established:

Catalog of subjects by specialization
Educational process on specialties of master’s degree is carried out on the basis of «State Standard of Education» and «Qualification requirements» in accordance with the Law «On Education», educational directions. Modern information and communication technology is implemented through Internet technologies using an electronic credit modular educational system that includes electronic teaching materials in all subjects taught at master's degrees. The Master's degree is taught by senior professors, associate professors, and candidates of sciences. The created conditions make it possible to conduct the educational process at a high level corresponding to world educational standards. The educational process for master's degrees is conducted in Uzbek. The program of scientific, pedagogical and research activities of undergraduates is the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 23, 2020,  RP-637 "On Education", dated September 29, 2019, of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is organized based on Law No. RP-576 of October "On Science and Scientific Activity" and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 36 of March 2, 2015 "On approval of the Regulations on Magistracy". The IRC (Information Resource Center), which has 19285 publications in its fund, deserves special attention when conducting research works of undergraduates. There are textbooks and manuals on subjects, methodological, scientific, and other types of literature.
