Supervise all draft orders and decrees issued by the university and control the correct execution of each order,desicion and decrees issued in accordance with appplicable law;
Supervise the proper drafting and legality of contracts between the university and other organizations;
Providing legal advice;
Protect the rights of higher education institutions and their professor teachers and staffs in law enforcement and the courts,if required.
