The 85th anniversary of the birth of the People’s Poet of Uzbekistan and Hero of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Oripov, was widely celebrated
A spiritual and educational event dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the birth of Abdulla Oripov — Hero of Uzbekistan, People’s Poet of Uzbekistan, public figure, and author of the lyrics of the State Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan — was held at the Higher School for Sergeants Training in Samarkand.
Associate Professor of the Department of Uzbek Language and Literature at the Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, Laylo Usarova, took part in the event with a presentation. In her speech, she elaborated on the life and creative activity of Abdulla Oripov, his rich literary heritage, and his significant role in educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, devotion to national values, and high moral qualities.
