Timurid Renaissance: Development of Science, Education, and Culture!

At the international scientific-practical conference titled “Timurid Renaissance: Development of Science, Education, and Culture”, professors, academicians, leading researchers, and experts from Uzbekistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, China, and several other countries actively participated. This prestigious scientific event served as an important platform for comprehensive discussions on the role of the Timurid era in the development of science, education, and culture, as well as its impact on modern progress.

Within the framework of the conference, several foreign scholars participated with presentations in both online and offline formats. In particular, Professor of the Turkological Research Institute of Turkey and researcher at the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, Shafoaddin Deniz, delivered a presentation on “The Struggle for Power in Turkestan at the End of the 15th – Beginning of the 16th Century (Timurids, Shaybanids, and Safavids)”.

Negar Abdali, representative of Heidelberg University (Germany) and the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage “Silk Road”, presented on “Archaeology and the Innovative Interpretation of the Timurid Era”.

Associate Professor, PhD in Political Science from the Abylai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages (Kazakhstan), Iztaeva V.A., delivered a presentation on “Science, Art, and Culture of the Timurid Era: A Renaissance Perspective”.

Faig Alakbarli, leading researcher at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, presented his research on “Philosophy of Turkic Unity and the Organization of Turkic States”.

In addition, Professor Kakhramon Rajabov, Doctor of Historical Sciences and Chief Researcher at the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, presented on “Amir Temur — Ruler of the Turan State”.

Professor Tatyana Yuryevna Bystrova, Doctor of Philosophy at Ural Federal University (Russia), participated with a presentation on “Cluster Model of Higher Education: Opportunities and Risks”.

 At the end of the conference, commemorative gifts were presented to foreign guests and all participants by the institute. This international scientific-practical conference served as an important platform for strengthening scientific cooperation, exchanging advanced experience, and studying the heritage of the Timurid era in depth.

 The conference will continue its work tomorrow, April 8, in sectional sessions.
