“New Uzbekistan Students’ Olympiad” Sports Competitions Launched at SamDPI
Today, on April 16, a ceremonial opening of the “New Uzbekistan Students’ Olympiad” sports competitions was held at Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute.
The event was attended by the institute’s administration, faculty deans, department heads, student-athletes, and representatives of the wider public.
During the ceremony, speakers emphasized that raising a healthy and comprehensively developed youth is one of the top priorities of the state. It was also noted that this Olympiad will contribute to further increasing interest in mass sports and a healthy lifestyle not only among students but also in society as a whole.
🎖 At the end of the event, a group of institute students who achieved victories in major competitions were awarded medals and diplomas.
