At the STEAM Laboratory of the Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, another seminar-training session was organized within the framework of the program “Interdisciplinary STEAM Education: Modern Training Course for Mentors.”
The seminar was conducted by Abdulla Abdullayev, Head of the Department for Coordination of Academic Activities at the Samarkand Regional Center for Pedagogical Excellence. During the session, detailed information was provided on international assessment systems, criteria-based assessment, and the specific features of traditional assessment methods.
In addition, the importance of formative and summative assessment in the educational process was highlighted, and practical recommendations were presented on organizing the assessment process in a transparent and effective manner.
