Cooperation Memorandum Signed with Shenyang Normal University of China
These days, Alibek Gapparov, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, is participating in international seminar-training programs being held in the People's Republic of China.
As part of the visit, Alibek Gapparov met with Jiang Fenchun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shenyang Normal University. During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for strengthening cooperation between the two higher education institutions.
In particular, agreements were reached on the teaching and promotion of the Chinese language, professional development of academic staff, expansion of scientific cooperation, and the establishment of student and faculty exchange programs.
At the conclusion of the meeting, a cooperation memorandum was signed between Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute and Shenyang Normal University. This document will help elevate bilateral relations to a new level and expand the exchange of experience in educational and research activities.
