Shahzoda Negmatova Held a Meeting with Professors and Teachers of the Faculty of Exact and Applied Sciences
In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks outlined in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF–73 dated April 28, 2025, improve the quality of teacher training, develop research activities, and analyze the performance indicators of professors and teachers, the Rector of Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, Professor Shahzoda Negmatova, held a meeting with the faculty members of the Faculty of Exact and Applied Sciences.
During the meeting, the scientific research activities, published scientific articles, participation in international projects, and results achieved within the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) system by professors and teachers of the departments of Mathematics, Informatics, Music Education, Fine Arts and Technological Education were discussed.
During the dialogue, the Rector held individual discussions with each faculty member, exchanging views on their scientific research, innovative approaches, international cooperation projects, and their practical significance. The results achieved based on KPI criteria were also thoroughly analyzed, and the activities of the educators were assessed through an individual approach.
In addition, professors and teachers were assigned specific tasks to further strengthen their educational, scientific, and spiritual-educational activities, as well as to accelerate research projects and dissertation defenses. It was emphasized that the implementation of each task within the established deadlines and with high quality would be monitored.
