Shahzoda Negmatova Held a Meeting with the Academic Staff of the Faculty of Pedagogy
In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set forth in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF–73 dated April 28, 2025, improve the quality of teacher training, enhance research activities, and analyze the performance indicators of academic staff, Professor Shahzoda Negmatova, Rector of Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, held a meeting with the academic staff of the Faculty of Pedagogy.
During the meeting, the research activities, published scientific papers, participation in international research projects, and achievements under the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) system of the academic staff of the Departments of Primary and Preschool Education Methodology, Theory of Primary and Preschool Education, and Pedagogy were comprehensively discussed.
During the dialogue, the Rector held individual meetings with each faculty member, exchanging views on their research activities, innovative approaches, international collaborative projects, and the practical significance of their research outcomes. In addition, the results achieved under the KPI criteria were thoroughly analyzed, and the performance of each academic staff member was evaluated through an individual approach.
At the conclusion of the meeting, specific tasks were assigned to the academic staff to further improve the effectiveness of educational, research, and spiritual-educational activities, increase the number of scientific publications, expand international cooperation, and accelerate the completion and defense of dissertation research. The deadlines for implementing these tasks were also established, and it was emphasized that their timely and high-quality fulfillment would remain under continuous supervision.
