Shahzoda Negmatova Held a Meeting with the Academic Staff of the Faculty of Languages
In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks outlined in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF–73 dated April 28, 2025, improve the quality of teacher education, enhance research activities, and analyze the performance indicators of academic staff, Professor Shahzoda Negmatova, Rector of Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, held a meeting with the academic staff of the Faculty of Languages.
During the meeting, the research activities, published scientific articles, participation in international projects, and achievements under the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) system of the faculty members from the Departments of Uzbek Language and Literature, Russian Language and Literature, and Foreign Languages were discussed.
During the dialogue, the Rector held individual meetings with each faculty member, exchanging views on their research activities, innovative approaches, international collaborative projects, and the practical significance of their work. In addition, the results achieved under the KPI criteria were thoroughly analyzed, and the performance of each academic staff member was evaluated through an individual approach.
The faculty members were also assigned specific tasks aimed at further strengthening educational, research, and spiritual-educational activities, as well as accelerating the completion and defense of dissertation research. Deadlines for each assignment were established, and it was emphasized that their timely and high-quality implementation would be closely monitored.
