A Tutor Competition Was Held at Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute
A selection process for candidates applying for vacant tutor positions was held at Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute.
The selection was conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation approved by Resolution No. 656 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 17, 2025.
During the selection process, candidates were assessed on their experience working with students, ability to address students’ concerns, knowledge of moral and educational guidance, attendance monitoring, initiative, and ability to apply innovative approaches.
The purpose of the selection was to improve the effectiveness of tutor activities, identify suitable candidates, and further enhance the quality of student support.
