Students’ and Parents’ Concerns Addressed
Today, another mobile reception was held for students and their parents with the participation of Shahzoda Negmatova, Rector of Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute.
During the reception, participants raised various issues, including taking advantage of academic mobility opportunities, problems arising from missing classes, reinstatement of students who had been expelled, and other academic matters.
Each appeal was individually reviewed, and applicants were provided with relevant explanations in accordance with applicable legislation and established procedures.
Furthermore, necessary measures were taken to resolve issues that could be addressed immediately. Relevant instructions were given to responsible staff regarding appeals requiring further examination.
