The preparation of pedagogical staff is reaching a new stage with the application of advanced practices and cooperation.
In the higher education system, in order to achieve results, prepare highly qualified specialists with modern thinking and practical skills, as well as develop new initiatives, small project groups have been established under the Republican Higher Education Council. The International Nordic University has been designated as the responsible institution for coordinating the process of preparing pedagogical staff.
In this regard, today, representatives of the leadership of the Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute, led by Rector Shahzoda Negmatova, visited this university to discuss the tasks set for the small project groups and to define future plans.
During the meeting, representatives of the leadership of both higher education institutions discussed the development of the most effective projects for preparing pedagogical staff, the phased introduction of Finland's educational system experience into our country, the application of advanced innovative methods in the educational process, and improving the quality of training skilled pedagogical staff.
Additionally, proposals were developed to improve educational programs based on international requirements, prioritize practical training, extensively introduce modern technologies into the educational process, and expand professional development opportunities for educators.
As a result of this collaboration, it is planned to introduce advanced pedagogical methods into the higher education system of Uzbekistan, offer quality educational services, and prepare highly qualified specialists in line with international experience.
