The rector of the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute, Professor Shahzoda Negmatova, held an open dialogue with graduating students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences.

During the meeting, the “4+2” internship processes of students and the employment rate of graduates were discussed. In particular, special attention was paid to the work carried out in the natural sciences - chemistry, biology and geography, and it was emphasized that future teachers should thoroughly master these complex areas. It was noted that these subjects are not only an important part of the educational process, but also the basis of scientific and innovative development.

In order to ensure the employment of graduates and integrate them into the labor market, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with the National Bank of Uzbekistan within the framework of the “Step into the Future” project. It was noted that this project will create great opportunities for students with their own ideas, initiative and knowledge.

At the end of the meeting, the rector wished success to the graduating students and noted that systematic measures will be continued to train highly qualified specialists in the natural sciences and support their employment.
