Duties of the Dean of the Faculty

The dean of the faculty provides general guidance to the activities of the faculty, effectively organizes the educational process, and ensures the implementation of state educational standards and regulatory legal acts.
The dean coordinates educational, scientific-methodological, and research activities at the faculty, manages the work of professors, teachers, and staff, and takes measures to improve the quality of students’ knowledge, develop scientific potential, support young personnel, and expand international and local cooperation.
The dean also ensures the strengthening of the material and technical base of the faculty, monitors compliance with internal regulations, and carries out management assignments.

Born on May 14, 1986, in the Payarik district of the Samarkand region.
From 2005 to 2009, he studied at the undergraduate level at Samarkand State University.
In 2009–2011, he completed his master's degree at Samarkand State University.
In 2012–2013, he worked as a research intern and researcher at Samarkand State University.
In 2013, he worked as the head of the office at the Department of Zoology at Samarkand State University.
From 2013 to 2019, he worked as a teacher at Academic Lyceum No. 1 under the Samarkand Medical Institute.
From 2019 to 2021, he worked as an assistant at the Department of Zoology at Samarkand State University.
From 2021 to 2023, he worked as Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Biology of Samarkand State University.
From 2023 to 2025, he worked as Deputy Director for Academic Affairs at the Institute of Biochemistry of Samarkand State University.
In 2025, he worked as the chief specialist in the sector of organization and management of academic activities of the Registrar's Office of Samarkand State University.
In 2025, he was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute.
From 2025 to the present, he has been working as the Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute.
