Ayhan Özkan: Important ideas on the development of higher education were presented at the international conference
At the opening ceremony of the international scientific-practical conference titled “Improving the Higher Education System: Current Trends and Strategies,” held at Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, an advisor to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, Ayhan Özkan, delivered a speech.
