Another seminar-training was organized at the STEAM laboratory of Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute within the framework of the modern training course for mentors titled “Interdisciplinary STEAM Education.”
The seminar was conducted by trainer Gulchehra Fayzullayeva, during which the topic “The Essence of STEAM Education and PBL Methodology” was thoroughly analyzed. Throughout the session, participants exchanged views on developing interdisciplinary projects based on the STEAM approach, designing tasks aligned with the PBL methodology, and effectively integrating them into the teaching process.
At the end of the seminar, mentors were assigned tasks to develop projects aimed at solving specific problems identified within their departments, analyze their practical outcomes, and present the results. It was also emphasized that improving the quality of education and widely implementing innovative approaches is essential.
