OMOUS–2026: SamDPI students win silver and bronze medals at an international olympiad!
From March 23 to 28, 2026, the International Open Mathematics Olympiad OMOUS–2026 was held in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, bringing together more than 600 talented students. A total of 87 teams from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Russia, the Netherlands, Hungary, Greece, and Turkmenistan took part in this prestigious competition.
Talented students of Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute — Erali Boyqobilov, Mehroj Otamurodov, Ilyos Shoqosimov, and Asilbek Boymatov — достойно participated in the olympiad and achieved high results.
According to the final results, our students won 2 bronze medals in individual contests, while in team competitions they were awarded silver medals in the overall standings.
