Today, April 8, a regular working meeting of the administrative staff was held at Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute under the leadership of the Rector, Professor Shahzoda Negmatova.
At the beginning of the meeting, reports from vice-rectors and heads of structural divisions on the implementation of tasks assigned at the previous meeting were heard.
The tasks, proposals, and instructions outlined during the videoconference meeting held on April 7 of this year under the chairmanship of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, dedicated to the priority areas for the further development of physical education and sports, were also communicated to the team members.
➡️ During the meeting, issues requiring постоянного исполнения и еженедельного мониторинга were discussed. In particular:
🟢 strengthening executive discipline;
🟢 ensuring balance in working with youth;
🟢 implementing startup projects into practice;
🟢 student tuition contract matters;
🟢 ensuring systematic control over the “4+2” practical training system;
🟢 increasing graduate employment.
Additionally, issues such as international accreditation of the institute, attracting foreign investment, organizing meaningful leisure time for students, preparation for opening new academic programs in the 2026/2027 academic year, and the status of uploading faculty documents into the KPI system were also discussed.
➡️ Based on the discussed issues, specific tasks and instructions were given to responsible managers.
At the end of the meeting, key tasks to be implemented during the upcoming week were identified.
