Talented and Politically Active Youth Competed in an Intellectual Tournament
At the Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, in cooperation with the Samarkand Regional Council of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, an intellectual quiz tournament titled “Youth in Politics” was organized. The event aimed to reveal the talents and abilities of students aged 18 to 30 and to encourage their further development.
The tournament was attended by Deputy of the Samarkand City Council of People’s Deputies and Rector of the Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute Shahzoda Negmatova, Chairman of the Samarkand Regional Council of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan Badriddin Nasriyev, Chairman of the City Council of the party Rahmatillo Hakimov, as well as regional council officials, members of the Youth Parliament, representatives of the party’s “Youth Wing,” young deputies, the institute’s administration, faculty members, and students.
The event was opened by Deputy of the Samarkand City Council of People’s Deputies Shahzoda Negmatova. In her speech, she emphasized that the tournament plays an important role in developing young people’s political knowledge and skills, strengthening cooperation between the party and youth, and fostering a sense of patriotism, civic responsibility, and social activity among young people, wishing all participants success.
