This cooperation is based on the principles of mutual trust, solidarity, and shared interest between Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, the “SSIC Center,” and “KMCU,” and is aimed at launching incubator activities, supporting startup projects, and developing human resources.

The following priority areas were identified within the framework of the memorandum:

— Studying advanced international experience in the field of startups and introducing it into local practice;
— Attracting international and local grants and investments to support the development of innovative ideas.
