International cooperation between the Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute and Giresun University is being elevated to a new level.
Currently, Elbek Abdumannatov, Head of the Pedagogy Department of Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, along with Chexrangiz Asadova and Maftuna Axmadova, are on an official visit to Giresun University. They are participating in a series of meetings and negotiations within the framework of the cooperation memorandum signed between the two higher education institutions.
➡️ During the discussions, promising areas of cooperation were reviewed with Yılmaz Can, Dean of the Faculty of Education Güven Özdem, and Head of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature Osman Albayrak.
The parties reached agreements on the following priority directions:
- Expanding exchange programs for professors and students and improving academic mobility systems
- Launching “1+1” joint degree programs: Bachelor’s in English Language and Master’s in Pedagogy
- Improving teacher qualification systems and jointly studying modern pedagogical technologies and innovative foreign language teaching methods
➡️ At the end of the negotiations, both sides agreed to further strengthen cooperation, implement planned tasks step by step, and expand joint scientific and educational projects.
