Within the framework of international cooperation, the Rector of Samarqand davlat pedagogika instituti, Professor Shahzoda Negmatova, awarded the title of “Honorary Professor” to the Rector of Ordu universiteti, Professor Orhan Baş.
This high recognition was presented as a result of the effective cooperation between the two higher education institutions, joint scientific research activities, academic staff exchange programs, and the consistent development of academic relations.
During the event, Shahzoda Negmatova congratulated the honored guest and expressed confidence that this title would further strengthen cooperation in the fields of science and education, and elevate it to an even higher level in the future.
In addition, members of the delegation were presented with commemorative gifts showcasing the spirit of Samarkand, including samples of traditional handicrafts prepared by the institute’s students.
