SamSPI Rector Meets with Turkish Scholars
Rector of Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, Shahzoda Negmatova, received Professor Murat Özkan, Doctor of Historical Sciences at Ordu University, and Associate Professor Hikmet Demirci, Doctor of Historical Sciences at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University.
During the meeting, the parties discussed further development of scientific cooperation between the two higher education institutions, implementation of joint research projects, and strengthening of international academic relations.
The negotiations also resulted in preliminary agreements on organizing a prestigious international symposium dedicated to Islamic civilization and its contribution to the development of science, culture, and spirituality, in cooperation between Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute and Ordu University.
