Targeted Work with Youth Assigned to Leaders Is Yielding Positive Results
In accordance with the initiative of the Head of State, a system based on an individual approach has been introduced to support young people who are unorganized, unemployed, or facing difficulties in finding their place in society. This system aims to help them adapt to social life and meaningfully organize their free time, while assigned officials systematically study their problems on a targeted basis.
Within this framework, on May 11 of this year, Shahzoda Negmatova, Rector of Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute and Deputy of the Samarkand City Council of People's Deputies, visited the “Qoramo‘yin” mahalla in Jomboy district and held a meeting with temporarily unemployed young people.
During the meeting, the living conditions, needs, and employment issues of the youth were thoroughly examined, and practical measures were outlined to address their challenges.
As a result of this targeted work, two young people were provided with computer and printer equipment to support their self-employment and income generation.
The young beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the attention and trust shown to them, emphasizing their intention to make effective use of the provided opportunities and build their future paths.
