"Finnish Language Teaching Center" will be opened at the Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute
Shahzoda Negmatova, Rector of the Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute, held a meeting with Yani Havunen, head of the Finnish IT services company "JH Smart Hub", entrepreneur.
During the interaction, it was agreed to implement grant projects on scientific innovations together with about 20 higher education institutions of Finland, a member of the company, and to establish a "Finnish language teaching center" for young people from Uzbekistan at the institute. In the future, the negotiations will be continued online.
In the afternoon, the rector of the institute and businessman Yani Havunen was received by the deputy governor of Samarkand region, the head of the regional tourism department, Rustam Qabilov.
The deputy governor of the region expressed his support for the cooperation between the institute and this company, and hoped that the process of integration with Finnish education would develop further in the future.
