The Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute held its report and election meeting of the trade union.
On February 5, 2025, a report and election meeting was held at the Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute between the institute's administration and the trade union committee, where the implementation of the collective agreement for 2023–2025 for the year 2024 and proposed additions for 2025 were discussed.
At the meeting, the vice-rector of the Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute and the chairman of the trade union committee presented a report on the implementation of the collective agreement for 2024. Additionally, the protocol of the commission overseeing the implementation of the collective agreement was approved.
The agenda included important organizational matters, such as the election of the trade union committee chairman, committee members, and delegates for the city conference, with decisions made through open voting.
During the report and election meeting, J.T. Suvanov, an employee of the Education and Science Workers' Trade Union of Samarkand city, delivered a speech discussing the ongoing reforms in trade unions, achievements, and the urgent tasks facing trade unions in the future.
Based on the feedback and suggestions shared, relevant decisions were made to further improve the activities of the trade union.
