Meeting of the rector and students
The rector of the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute, Professor Shakhzoda Negmatova, held an open dialogue with the graduate students of the Faculty of Languages.
During the meeting, the processes of students undergoing internships under the “4+2” scheme and graduate employment rates were discussed. Given the growing demand for foreign languages, relevant instructions were given on the regular assessment of students studying in Uzbek, English, Russian and Tajik languages, practical assistance in obtaining language certificates, and the development of professional skills of future philologists and teachers.
It is reported that in order to ensure the employment of graduates and their integration into the labor market, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the National Bank of Uzbekistan and the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute within the framework of the “Step into the Future” project. It was emphasized that this project will create broad opportunities for enterprising and erudite students.
At the end of the meeting, the rector wished the graduates success and expressed confidence that graduates of the Faculty of Languages will become exemplary teachers in the future.
