Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute Vice-Rector Alibek Gapparov Participates in International Seminar-Trainings in China
An international seminar-training is currently being held within the framework of the grant project “Professional Development of Specialists and Students of the Ministry System in China,” organized in cooperation with Shenyang Pedagogical University of the People’s Republic of China. Among the participants are senior representatives of higher education institutions of Uzbekistan, including Alibek Gapparov, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute.
He is also actively participating in seminar-trainings on “Improving the Management Competencies of Educational Leaders,” which are being conducted in the provinces of Liaoning, Changsha, and Xiangtan.
During the seminars, participants are gaining insights into effective educational management, strategic planning, the implementation of innovative approaches, digital transformation processes, and the development of international cooperation through the study of advanced international practices.
This international project contributes to enhancing management efficiency in higher education, expanding the use of modern educational technologies, and further strengthening international partnerships.
